📋 Overview

Tefilat Haderech ("the App") is a free, ad-supported prayer app available on Google Play. The App itself does not require registration and does not directly collect or store any personal information. However, the App integrates third-party SDKs that may collect certain data as described below.

By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

📦 What the App Stores Locally

The following preferences are saved only on your device using Android's DataStore. They are never transmitted to any server.

• Display theme – light, dark, or follow system
• App language – Hebrew, English, or follow device
• App-open dates – a set of distinct calendar dates used solely to decide when to request a Play Store review (never sent off-device)
• Last review request timestamp – prevents showing the review prompt too frequently
• Ad-free expiry timestamp – records when your 24-hour ad-free period (earned by watching a rewarded ad) expires

📢 Advertising & Google AdMob

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process the following data to deliver personalised or non-personalised ads:

• Android Advertising ID (GAID)
• IP address (used to infer approximate country/region)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• App usage and interaction data
• Ad impression and click data

You can opt out of personalised ads at any time via your device settings:

🎬 Rewarded Ads ("Remove Ads for Free")

The App offers a voluntary feature: watching a rewarded video ad provided by Google AdMob removes banner ads for 24 hours.

• This feature is entirely optional and user-initiated.
• Watching the rewarded ad is subject to AdMob's data practices (see section above).
• The expiry timestamp of the ad-free period is stored locally on your device only.
• No account or personal information is required or collected by the App for this feature.

⭐ In-App Review & Updates

The App uses Google Play Core to:

• In-App Review – occasionally prompt you to rate the App on Google Play. The review flow is handled entirely by Google Play; no data from the review is shared with the developer.
• In-App Update – notify you when a new version of the App is available and offer a seamless update. No personal data is collected for this purpose.

🔗 Third-Party SDKs Summary

🧒 Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through a third-party SDK integrated in the App, please contact us at support@spartapp.com and we will take steps to address it.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's app usage.

🔒 Data Security

The App does not transmit personal data to the developer's servers. All app-specific preferences are stored locally on your device. For data processed by third-party SDKs, the security measures of those providers apply.

🌍 Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have rights regarding data collected by third-party SDKs, including the right to access, correct, or delete data. Please refer to Google's privacy policy and your device's advertising settings to exercise these rights.
